Tickets are required in advance for all visitors except members to avoid overcrowding. If you prefer to order tickets by phone, call 1-888-336-4060.  There is a $1.50 convenience charge for each ticket ordered by phone.

Once you enter Phipps, your admission ticket provides unlimited access to the exhibit installed in every public room in the conservatory and the Japanese Garden.  Two pieces were installed for our rental program in the large Outdoor Garden which is accessible from the Fern Room. When the Outdoor Garden is not closed for an event, you are welcome to visit the sculptures installed in this open space at no additional charge.
