Phipps is seeking a full-time Development Administrator to provide administrative support to the Development department, including Membership responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on data management. Principal duties will include, but are not limited to, maintaining database records; processing gifts and preparing donor and member correspondence; preparing fundraising and membership materials for distribution; and assisting with special events. The Development Administrator will also be responsible for assisting with donor and member research, along with providing monthly reports and tracking donor and member history.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years’ relevant experience is required; nonprofit development experience is a plus. Experience with fundraising database software, specifically Raiser’s Edge or Altru, is preferred. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
