Phipps is seeking a full-time Guest Service Administrative Assistant to be the main administrative support to the Director of Guest Service and assist Guest Service departments with operations for events. Administrative support will include maintaining Guest Service calendars, coordinating and ensuring proper setup of meetings for the Director of Guest Service, gathering financial information, and performing data entry. Operational support will include assisting with the planning, setup and organization of a portion of internal events.
The qualified candidate must have exceptional guest service and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening availability is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with three years’ work experience. Experience in a museum environment preferred.
