Phipps is seeking a full-time Guest Service Administrator to provide administrative assistance to the Guest Service department, as well as support Guest Service operations. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls to Phipps Conservatory’s main telephone; managing administrative duties; assisting in the organization of Guest Service areas; coordinating information across multiple departments; and assisting with daily operations in the Guest Service department, including responding to guest complaints and emergencies as needed.
The successful candidate will have exceptional guest service and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. A bachelor's degree and prior receptionist experience are preferred.
