Phipps is seeking a full-time Guest Service Coordinator to provide an excellent level of guest service in Admissions at Phipps.  Essential duties and responsibilities will include training new employees, opening and closing Admissions and assisting patrons with questions and information concerning Conservatory happenings. The Guest Service Coordinator will assist the Guest Service Manager with various administrative and operation responsibilities, such as scheduling for the department, preparing for group tours, as well as working with other Conservatory staff to ensure a magical guest experience.

The qualified candidate must have exceptional guest service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Availability for all shifts, including evenings, holidays and weekends, is required.  Associate's degree and retail management experience preferred.
