Human Resources Manager

Phipps is seeking an innovative and experienced full-time Human Resources Manager to direct all daily human resources functions and to be a champion for Phipps’ mission of sustainability and regenerative thinking. This role is responsible for developing ongoing effective communication, company policies and employee services, as well as acting as a coach for other managers involved in personnel matters and advancing initiatives to increase Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Phipps. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee policies; recruiting and hiring; benefits administration; employee relations; areas of compliance; etc.

The candidate must be a professional, highly motivated individual with exceptional knowledge in the field of Human Resources, as well as an effective communicator with strong management abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field is required.
