Phipps is seeking a full-time Membership Manager to provide strategic marketing, direction and leadership for the membership program. Essential duties and responsibilities will include cultivation and retention of members; planning and coordinating member events; analyzing the membership program against local and national benchmarks; and database management. The Membership Manager will develop strategies and carry out tasks associated with campaigns, benefits, correspondence and brochures, seeking to maintain and build upon a strong membership pipeline.
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, proactive and creative individual with exceptional guest service, communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years’ relevant experience is required; museum/nonprofit experience is preferred.
