Phipps is seeking a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the President and CEO, Chief of Staff, as well as other department directors. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the President and CEO’s daily calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Preparing written responses to routine inquiries, as well as preparing and editing documents, reports, and other materials in a professional and time sensitive manner.
  • Assisting with basic research and the creation of presentation materials.
  • Screening incoming communication to the President and CEO.
  • Accurately transcribing and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Processing expense reports and invoices.

The successful candidate must be a professional, highly motivated and reliable individual with exceptional writing, communication and organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) required. Paralegal experience is preferred. This position is part-time, 20 – 24 hours per week with a schedule of 4 – 5 hours per day.
