Learn to make a tomato/lentil soup (rasam), delicious green beans saute with coconut, a simple tomato and cucumber salad, and rice.

Thurs., Feb. 11 | 5 – 6:30 p.m.

Learn to make methi unleavened Indian bread (roti), a saucy chickpea dish (channa masala) and a cucumber/onion raita (made with yogurt).

Thurs., March 25 | 5 – 6:30 p.m.

Explore Indian veggies and learn to make dishes with them using lentils and spices. Use them to make kolumbu, stir fry tendli and a snake gourd sambar.
