In 2015, hundred of orchids brighted up the glasshouse, including selections from the reknowned Barbara Tisherman Slipper Orchid collection, co-curated by the Orchid Society of Western Pennsylvania. Guests were able to chase away the winter blues with the spectacular sight of orchid specimens and unique selections from the permanent collection of tropical bonsai.
