Enjoy a Celebration to Kick off the Holiday Season in Grand Style

Pittsburgh, PA – On Fri., Nov. 21, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens invites friends to reunite in Pittsburgh’s spectacular glasshouse to kick off the holiday season in style in this preview party for Phipps Holiday Magic, featuring festive displays and thousands of dazzling lights. Witness the unveiling of the newly restored glasshouses, now fully illuminated in their iconic beauty. Attendees will enjoy live music, watch exciting demonstrations and be the first to experience the winter exhibit and light garden, Pittsburgh’s most popular place to celebrate the holidays with family and friends.

Event Features:

• Enjoy live music from River City Brass Band and chamber music rock group Cello Fury
• See a flameworking ornament demonstration by Pittsburgh Glass Center
• Meet-and-greet with winter animal friends from Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium
• Watch live ice sculpting by Ice Creations
• Listen to the grand finale performance from Three Rivers Ringers handbell ensemble

Proceeds help Phipps to reach new levels of excellence in horticultural display, expand the scope of its research and innovation around human and environmental health, and provide valuable education and community outreach to more people than ever before.
