Featured Farmer: Pastamoré

Gourmet balsamic vinegar vendor Pastamoré is featuring a new Lemongrass White Balsamic Vinegar. This unique flavor makes a perfect marinade for grilling and adds a zesty taste to mixed drinks, and like Pastamoré’s whole line of vinegars, it’s also great for salads.

Sylvia Lynch and her husband Bob first became interested in olive oils and balsamic vinegars after a trip to Italy five years ago. She compared all the authentic Italian vinegars she brought home from her trip to countless local store bought brands, so she knows “not all vinegars are the same.” Since then, Sylvia and Bob have provided Pastamoré’s gourmet pastas, marinades, oils and vinegars to local farmers markets.
