After your event, treat your guests to a stroll through Phipps’ blockbuster Winter Flower Show and Light Garden, where they can spend hours exploring the lush greenery, festive flora and awe-inspiring light displays.

$2,500 for a three-hour use of Special Events Hall for your holiday reception

The Holiday Party Package at Phipps is offered Nov. 28 – Jan. 8. Please contact the Phipps Events Team to check on availability.

Important Event Information

  • All rentals include a professional event coordinator, event staff and one security attendant.
  • Further extensions of hours may be available at an additional cost.
  • Phipps Catering services are required, with a minimum guest count of 75 guests.
  • The Phipps events team cannot guarantee which flowers will be used or what will be displayed in any area of the conservatory during a flower show.
  • Scheduling an event appointment to view the space is recommended. Event appointments can be scheduled Monday – Friday with limited availability on Saturdays. 
  • All prices are subject to change without notice until a rental agreement is in place.
