This learning opportunity is designed to help you develop tools for communicating scientific concepts to the public and small class sizes to ensure individualized feedback and the opportunity to practice with peers. Topics covered in the workshop will include jargon management, understanding your audience, concise messaging through storytelling and strategies for engaging the public. Content is appropriate for professors, post-docs, grad students, lab techs and any other science professionals.
