Visitors to Phipps now have a unique opportunity to witness a remarkable natural event: three agave plants blooming simultaneously, including a historic Agave americana estimated to be 50 – 60 years old. As a plant deeply rooted in Mexican landscapes and traditions, the agave brings an authentic botanical connection to the spirit of Cinco de Mayo.

To celebrate both the holiday and these extraordinary plants, guests who wear red, white, and/or green will receive 50% off admission on May 5 only.
