Let Phipps host your next party with our unique holiday party packages! With special features that can include a tour of our Phipps Holiday Magic display, beautiful holiday-themed centerpieces, customizable lighting and more—all hosted in our gorgeous Special Events Hall. The Event Rental package includes:
$2,500 | Months and days based on room availability, Noon – 3 p.m. or 6 – 9 p.m.
- Our Special Events Hall, providing the perfect backdrop for your event
- Holiday-themed centerpieces
- Customizable multicolored lighting
- A sound system providing festive music as well as A/V equipment, including microphones, screens and projectors
- Day-of assistance from a Phipps Coordinator
- Tables and chairs included
- Dishware, flatware and glassware included
- Phipps Events will assist with linen rentals and invoice you the appropriate fee
- Bar Services available through Phipps with Seasonal offerings
Plus, all guests will receive tickets to our spectacular Phipps Holiday Magic on the day of the event.
