With special features that can include a tour of our Phipps Holiday Magic display, beautiful holiday-themed centerpieces, curated catering and more - all hosted in our gorgeous Special Events Hall. The Event Rental package includes:
$2,500 Months, days and times based on room availability.
- Our Special Events Hall, providing the perfect backdrop for your event
- Holiday-themed centerpieces and table linens
- Customizable multicolored lighting
- Two hours of set-up time with a Phipps coordinator to assist
- A state-of-the-art sound system providing festive music as well as A/V equipment, including microphones, screens and projectors
- Day-of assistance from a Phipps Coordinator
Plus, all guests will receive tickets to our spectacular Phipps Holiday Magic on the day of the event.
All-Inclusive Holiday Catering Package:
$110 per person Minimum spend requirement of $8,250
- Passed appetizers for 1 hour
- Holiday food stations with hot and cold items
- Choice of iced tea or lemonade
- Dessert station
- Linens in color of your choice
- Dishware, flatware, glassware
- Tax and service percentages included
*Note that Phipps Catering has a minimum guest requirement of 75 on Mon. – Thurs. and 100 on Fri. – Sun.
