As a home to beauty and inspiration in Western Pennsylvania since 1893, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on the community we serve. We follow the recommendations and directives of the Allegheny County Health Department, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and other local and state officials, and we encourage our guests to do the same. Human and environmental health have always been top priorities for Phipps, and the safety of our guests, staff and volunteers are of utmost importance.

Out of an abundance of caution, Phipps Conservatory and Phipps Garden Center will be closed  through at least Thurs., April 30. Sign up for our Tree Free E-Mail list for updates.

If you are or were a Phipps member during our closure, your membership will be extended for a period equal to the full length of the closure when we reopen.

If you purchased general admission tickets online on or after Feb. 1, those tickets will be valid through Aug. 31.
