In 2006 the second phase of Phipps' ambitious expansion plan was completed with the opening of several more new structures. The first of these was the Production Greenhouse, which now provides 36,000 square feet of eco-friendly growing space and earned LEED® Platinum for Existing Buildings certification, becoming the first such facility anywhere to acheive this high standard.
