Wiggle Your Wings Summer Workshop
Children are invited to join Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and Let's Move Pittsburgh for a creative movement class inspired by our Butterfly Forest!

On Thurs., July 10, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre (PBT) and Let’s Move Pittsburgh invite children ages 5 – 8 to join us for a special butterfly-themed creative movement and ballet class! A PBT teaching artist will lead young dancers through fundamental ballet steps and movement in this fun program that's perfect for all experience levels. We'll be inspired by the graceful and buoyant movements of whimsical butterflies as seen in Phipps' Butterfly Forest!
Additional details
- Adults may drop off their child at the event. Parents can plan to come back at 12:15 p.m. for a short performance featuring what your child has learned!
- Advance registration is required and tickets sell fast!
- This class is recommended for children ages 5 – 8.
- Children should wear comfortable clothes and soft sole shoes or ballet slippers to this event.
- Apple slices will be provided as a snack. NOTE: Please let us know of any food allergies. All snacks are peanut-free.
