How to Participate 

The 15-Day Family Fitness Challenge will feature four categories of activities to choose from each day. Simply pick the category you would like to participate in and select an activity from that category to try. You can keep track of your progress by downloading our Let's Move Pittsburgh Bingo card below — this card has been updated for the activities included in the challenge which you can do safely from home! 

The four categories you can choose from include:

  • Get Moving
  • Get Together
  • Get Creative
  • Take a Moment
