What's a used orchid?
What we're calling a "used" orchid is an orchid that has completed or is nearing the end of its bloom — but is perfectly capable of blooming again with proper care from you!
The prices are $5 for Phalaenopsis orchids and $10 for specialty orchids from Orchid and Tropical Bonsai Show: Blooming with Love. Orchids are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bags will be provided, but we encourage you to help conserve resources by bringing your own. This event is free for members, but reservations are limited and must be made in advance. The sale is scheduled to take place within the Outdoor Garden; if weather is inclement, it will be moved to the Production Greenhouses.

Kids will love visiting Phipps to listen to our storyteller weave tales about gardens, animals and other fun topics. Open to the first 40 ticketed participants (whether children or guardians) and must be booked in advance using our online ticketing system.
